Overhaul of TG 4 turboset at HPP PODĚBRADY

In July of this year our company was awarded a contract for overhaul of TG4 turboset  at the hydro power plant Poděbrady. The subject of contract is the runner repair, fabrication of a new turbine runner, replacement of the toothed gear with a gear box,           and repair of the turbine wicket gate. A part of the repair is also complementing the runner with one blade, which was probably broken down as early as in 1960.
The subject of repair is the turboset with a Francis vertical turbine of 1919 with assumed maximum output 300 kW and the runner diameter 2250 mm, which has been shut down for a long time due to the turbine shaft rupture.

Commissioning and complex testing of the repaired turboset is planned for the first half of next year.
