Merger of ČKD Blansko Engineering, a.s. and HYDRAULIC RESEARCH CENTER BLANSKO, s.r.o.

On 23 April, 2010 the domestic merger by consolidation of the business company ČKD Blansko Engineering, a.s. and HYDRAULIC RESEARCH CENTER BLANSKO, s.r.o., was incorporated by the Regional court in Brno; the company HYDRAULIC RESEARCH CENTER BLANSKO, s.r.o. ceased without liquidation and its property including rights and obligations passed to the successor company ČKD Blansko Engineering, a.s.

Based on the merger, a new department of Hydraulic laboratory has been established by the Organization order of the company ČKD Blansko Engineering, a.s. Mr Radomír Havlíček become Director of the department. The scope of activities of the laboratory remains unchanged.

Incorporation of the laboratory in the company property and under the company´ s direct management significantly enhanced the company´ s reputation and technical background.
